We have a departmentalization system in the company. Our team is highly professional and strong. Job-specific roles are provided to each employee and they are headed by different managers who report to the top manager. We have a large and experienced team of employees, in different aspects. We operate under a formalized and centralized system.

Some people find their passion. Hassan was born into his.
His journey started in Sialkot, Pakistan, where his late father opened his first leather factory in 1972. From a young age, Hassan was surrounded by leather and the sound of hard work. It became a part of him.
With time, his passion grew stronger. He learned the craft, followed his heart, and founded his own company, Blue Star Manufacturing (Pvt) Ltd. Today, he leads a team of skilled and passionate individuals who help to produce beautiful, high-quality products.
For over 20 years, Hassan has focused on one thing: creating the best and Premium goods with honesty, care, and pride. He believes in quality, teamwork, and the power of tradition combined with fresh ideas.
Under Hassan’s leadership, Blue Star has become more than just a Manufacturing company. It’s a place where passion, people, and craftsmanship come together.
